    • At any time, subscribers can cancel the SMS service by texting 'STOP' to the SMS number. Upon receiving your SMS message with such a request, we will send you an SMS confirmation of your opt-out.

    • Messages may include promotions, tips, event notifications related to Infinity Empowerment Services' offerings.
       

  8. Privacy

  9. Liability & Indemnification

     

    • IES is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including (but not limited to) undelivered messages resulting from any form of filtering by your mobile carrier or service provider.

    • By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless against any claims arising out of or relating to your opt-in, our SMS content, or any breach by you of these T&Cs.
       

  10. Changes to Terms

     

  • IES reserves the right to revise or modify these terms at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms to our website.
